Tammy Jones Teachers Aide

Tammy Jones brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion to her role as an educator at Heritage Adventist School. Originally from Virginia, Tammy began her journey in education after attending college in Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern College (now Southern Adventist University) in 1992.

Following graduation, Tammy’s love for teaching took her across the globe to South Korea, where she taught English as a second language. After returning to the United States, she became a devoted mother of two children and began her career in education as a teacher’s aide before transitioning to a teaching role.

Tammy furthered her expertise by earning her teaching certificate from Southwestern Adventist College. Her diverse background in social work and education enables her to connect with students on a personal level, fostering their academic, emotional, and spiritual growth.

Tammy is deeply committed to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for her students, and she’s proud to be part of the Heritage Adventist School family.
